Apple wants to simplify desktop search.

Apple works on desktop search. Steve jobs says- "Search is a problem for every personal computer company. It's easier to find a document in a million pages(Sandeep says-don't you mean 4 billion, Steve?) on the Web using Google than it is to find a document on your hard drive." Sounds like a case of Good IT reducing search costs!
